Hooks, ebuilds (propably other parts too) are not aware of nonterminal output

einfo and friends do not check if stdout/stderr is terminal (man isatty(3)), which results with writing terminal control characters to file when for example used as:

paludis -pi system > /tmp/somefile

by news.hook

While this is handled ok by c++ paludis part, by bash it is not. Not big deal, but annoying...

Changing this wouldn't work nicely with how we do outputs now, where all outputs are redirected.
