Description

Obvious fix for: paludis -ipf 'atom'

Should produce exact URLs for all dependings and 'atom'. May be. Now it gives same result as paludis -ip 'atom'.

It whould be a lot of profit for users with narrow INET-channel, who has access to wide channel from somewhere else.
