reconcilio --pretend should print a "resume command" before quitting.

Description

It would be useful for reconcilio to print a command that would merge the packages it would have merged had --pretend not been passed, similar to the "resume command" that paludis prints when an ebuild fails. This would be convenient for the user, so that he does not have to re-run the broken packages search, or manually type (or copy-and-paste package names one-by-one) the command. It would also be consistent with paludis's practice of printing the command instead of caching the list away somewhere.
