Description

Similar to the CPAN repository (#121), It would be nice to have easy_install-packages available as a repository.

As  Setuptools-Homepage states: "It's the closest thing to CPAN currently available for Python."

Many packages that are currently in gentoo:dev-python are also available through easy_install.
