Description

For some time now I get the access violation. Maybe since >vanilla-sources-3.2.9. I have no clue what to do about.

FYI: I've downgraded to 0.15.1-r1 and this works. The version 9999 can be compiled however does not start here.

I will attach the output of: cave resolve qemu-kvm

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to upstream

Ebuilds aren't allowed to modify the FS in pkg_pretend.

Sorry, what does that mean? Will it be fixed, and if so, by a change to cave or to the gentoo portage package?

FYI: The issue is still there with qemu-kvm-1.0.1 and paludis-0.74.1.

It's a Gentoo bug, not a Paludis bug. You'll need to take it up with them.
