Working on the logic a bit more:
If there are multiple things with the same level of 'unsuitableness', we should only show the highest such version.
If there's something that is weakly masked and has no unmet constraints, we should just show that.
Otherwise, we probably want to show both the best thing that has no unmet constraints, and the best thing that's unmaskable.
